Trauma Team features the stories of six new doctors that offer quite a lot of variety and content compared to the campaigns in previous Trauma Center games. We got our hands on the game to see if this is a Wii game to keep an ..read more

While some fans seem taken aback by this almost random revealing and are wondering if it holds weight, it seems that this latest version of Pokémon does indeed exhibit many hints that make this ..read more

After hitting it big with Demon’s Souls, From Software has returned with their latest game for the PS3 that should feel very familiar for those of you that owned an NES back in the day. 3D Dot Game Heroes is a tongue-in-cheek parody of the original Legend of Zelda for that embraces that old-school style of gameplay and visuals. We’ve gotten our hands on the game to see if From Software has another potential hit for the PS3.

Capcom has a long list of great arcade games under their belt. From 1943 to Street Fighter II, they’ve been a large player in the arcade and video game industry. With that depth to their catalog to work with, it should come as no surprise that Capcom is releasing many of their arcade hits for the home consoles. Final Fight Double Impact is the latest of their downloadable offerings and it brings together ..read more
Peter Molyneux is no stranger to confrontation when talking to gamers about his Fable franchise and it seems that he is already causing tension amongst fans with his brief glimpse at what Fable III has to offer. Already promising a big shift for the series, Fable III looks to improve upon many of the features that Fable II itself improved, while adding many new ideas that should please fans wanting to have more control over their character’s outcome.

The Ace Attorney series has been a welcome third party mainstay on the DS. Players stepped in the shoes of the prominent defensive attorney Phoenix Wright in three games, while the fourth game put players in the head of Apollo Justice—a new defense attorney. Now in its fifth entry, Capcom is turning the tables by playing the role of Miles Edgeworth, the prosecutor that has given Phoenix Wright all sorts of hell.
Those who follow the series are likely to be ..read more
Following quite a few other remakes of PS1 RPGs, XSeed Games has taken on the task of bringing Lunar: Silver Star Story to the PSP with redone voice acting, music, and visuals. We got our hands on the recent demo to see ..read more
The Shin Megami Tensei series has been around for quite a long time, though most of the games we’ve seen from Atlus have been in the Persona, Digital Devil Saga, and Devil Summoner spin-off series. Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey is part of the mainline series with more of a roguelike style to how it plays out than the more prolific and traditional SMT role-playing games like Persona. After a good ten hours, we’re enjoying what we’ve played of the ..read more
Fresh off their success of Empire: Total War, Creative Assembly is looking to propel the series into a new direction and become more user-friendly for all gamers. With such a wide range of time periods to choose from and heroic characters to showcase, none seems more fit than that of Napoleon Bonaparte and his famous expeditions of the 18th and 19th centuries.
Unlike Empire: Total War, one of the biggest new draws is that multiplayer will be available to play right ..read more
Airtight Games and Capcom are taking a huge risk making a game that revolves around Aerial Combat. We all know how the Superman series has worked out. On the flip side, there are many games that do get flying right. We hope Dark Void is going to be one of the latter.
The demo started us out with a quick cutscene that provided absolutely no background to the story minus how the protagonist finds his ..read more
Capcom Unity ran their playtest event for Super Street Fighter IV last night.
Players got to try out some of the new cast, as well as seeing what tweaks have been made to existing characters. The build being played yesterday was the one with the 4 blank character slots, so anyone worried about the recent post-famitsu stream pic with those 4 blank slots removed can now calm down.

If the old saying “imitation is the sincerest form of flattery” had any indication on how developers felt than Sony should be extremely thrilled to know that Dante’s Inferno is a very flattering God of War title. That’s not to say Dante’s Inferno copies God of War exactly down to the tee, but it does borrow heavily in the most important aspect of the game: combat. Whichever way you see it, Dante’s Inferno still has plenty of neat, original ideas ..read more
Well, according to IGN the release date for Super Street Fighter IV will be March 31st 2010.

Hopefully that is remedied, seems a bit crap to be paying a fiver more ..read more
So, for the benefit of anyone who doesn’t know me that well; the Smashing Pumpkins were the band who opened my eyes to music.
I still rank their 1995 double album, Mellon Collie & The Infinite Sadness as my favourite album of all time, despite the fact that I have not listened to it for some time.
I feel that the album perfectly manages to convey a number of emotions while traversing an immense sonic landscape.
Anyway, now it’s years later. Following Jimmy ..read more
